MORNING BLISS PROTEIN BARS. ПРОТЕЇНОВІ БАРИ: РАНКОВА НАСОЛОДА.


Protein bars are popular in my blog, aren’t they. If you include protein powder to your diet, most likely, you enjoy my ‘hot topic’ but what if you don’t see protein powder as must have in your nutrition list.
In that case, I have a protein powder free option for DIY protein bars. The idea has been taken from amazing Gordon Rock’s book DIY Protein Bar Cookbook. 
Morning Bliss bars have delicious and nourishing flavor thanks to variety of nuts, seeds and  nut butter. Dried blueberries add a little fruity flavor, but overall bars have nutty taste.
These protein “bricks” could be your quick breakfast option or snack on the go. Either way, they’ll provide plenty of long lasting energy.
